1. Information you provide

OPC collects information you submit when requesting plumbing service or applying for a job. Service requests include your name, contact details, service address, preferred contact method, availability, and description of the work. Applications may also include work history, licensing details, transportation information, additional notes, and an optional resume.

Please share only the information needed for your request or application. Do not send passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive information through these forms.

2. How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, discuss and schedule services, communicate with customers, review employment applications, and maintain related business records. An application does not guarantee employment, and a service request does not confirm an appointment.

3. Private submissions and notifications

Submissions and uploaded resumes are stored in a private OPC system. The owner accesses the inbox through a password-protected administrative account. Resumes are available through authorized downloads and are not placed in public website folders.

OPC uses a transactional email provider to notify the owner about new submissions. Notifications may contain contact details and a short request or application summary, along with a link to the private inbox. Resume files are not attached to notification emails.

4. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Our website hosting, storage, and email service providers process the information needed to operate the website, store submissions, and deliver notifications. Information may also be shared when needed to provide requested services or meet legal obligations.

5. Technical information and cookies

The website and hosting provider may process technical information such as request logs and network details to operate the site, diagnose errors, and limit abusive submissions. The private administrative area uses a session cookie to keep the owner signed in. The public website does not currently include advertising trackers or a visitor analytics integration.

The service-area map loads map images from OpenStreetMap when it comes into view. That provider receives standard network information, including your IP address, browser details, and the website origin. 6. Security and retention

We use access controls and server-side validation to help protect information. No method of internet transmission or digital storage is completely secure. OPC retains submitted information for service follow-up, employment review, and related business recordkeeping.

Contact OPC to request access, a correction, or deletion of your submitted information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal or business obligations.

7. External websites

Links to other websites, including social media, are governed by those websites’ privacy policies. OPC does not control their content or data practices.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or services change. The current policy and update date will be posted on this page.
